• 2018 Fall FFA Trapshoot

    What you need beforehand:

    • Pay your FFA Dues ($25)
    • Copy of gun safety certificate w/ Halbur
    • Lock for gun and gun case
    • Safety glass AND ear plugs

     

    NOTES:

    • Must shoot at 1 invite to attend the State FFA shoot
    • Shooting times (and leave times) will be determined by the Thursday prior to the trapshoot event. Info will be posted on Remind, Google Classroom, and the school website.
    • Open to having 1 practice every week, but need at least 5 people to commit to it to make it worth it.

    Sat. September 8th - Springfield Invite

    Leave Okabena @ TBD Shoot @ 7:45am & 8:00am

    10 members only (first come first serve)

    Tournament is a 75 bird shoot

    Shooters must provide their own shells (trap loads ONLY) and equipment.  

    Ear and eye protection will be required.

    Entry fee paid for by HLO FFA ----- Ear Plugs and some shells (mostly 12 gauge, $7.50 per box) will be available for purchase.



    Sat. September 15th - Mountain Lake Invite

    10 members only (first come first serve)

    Shooters must provide their own shells (trap loads ONLY) and equipment.  

    Ear and eye protection will be required.

    Entry fee paid for by HLO FFA ----- Limited supply of shells and ear plugs will be available for purchase.

     

    Sat. September 22nd - State FFA Shoot @ Marshall, MN

    Open to as many members as possible **MUST SHOOT AT 1 INVITE TO ATTEND**

    4-5 members/team,

    Tournament is a 50 bird shoot

    Shooters must provide their own shells, equipment and shooting glasses.  

    Ear plugs or muff will be required.

    Entry fee paid for by HLO FFA ----- Limited supply of shells (12ga & 20 ga only,  $7/box) and ear plugs ($.50) will be available for purchase.
