    This is a class that focuses is on many aspects of fitness. It is a Total Body workout.  This class is a proven winner when it comes to Weight Loss and Inches.  The class has 5 stations and at each station you will do :
    3 minutes of a cardio exercise or exercises
    2 minutes of a weight exercise or exercises
    1 minute of abs
    This is a very popular class among the community members and it is a fun class to be a part of.
