Bio

My name is Angie Rogozke, and I am proud to be a Heron Lake-Okabena Wildcat!! I currently live North of Jackson, received a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Sioux Falls, and my Masters in Education from Concordia University. I am certified to teach Special Education and Physical Education. This will be my tenth year at Heron Lake-Okabena after years at Red Rock Ridge, setting 4 program in Windom, MN. I have a true passion for working with our challenging learners!! Helping each child progress in all areas of their development—academic, social, and becoming citizens of our community—is a challenge that I am honored to accept daily. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment. Personally, I have been married for 22 years and have two fantastic children who are 19, attending Minnesota State University and 16 year old who attends Jackson County Central High School. We love to watch our kids' sports—football, basketball, baseball, and summer traveling teams. I also enjoy fishing, ice fishing, cooking, boating, relaxing at the camper, and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to working together with you as partners in your child’s education!!
