I graduated from Fairmont High School and then earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Dakota. Go Coyotes! After graduation, I spent a few years working in Higher Education. When my family and I returned to Minnesota I worked for Southern Plains Educational Cooperative, as a paraprofessional for two years. After securing my MN teaching license I accepted the sixth-grade teacher position at Butterfield/Odin. Now I am continuing my career here at Heron Lake Okabena Elementary.
